Whitstable Flint Pebble

A pale brown flint from Whitstable. When I first polished it, I was trying to clean the dust off, but the 'dust' is actually part of the the stone structure - embedded mess and filaments. Not sure what the filaments and inclusions are - I really don't know much about these flints yet - but the surface is actually perfectly clean and smooth.
